Oct 5,2008 Myself and two friends went fishing with Captain George yesterday. I cant tell you enough how impressed we were with his charter. We were going out for Cod and Haddock and boy did he know right where to go to catch them. The weather didnt help any with the winds picking up quite a bit, but captain George being the truly dedicated fisherman that he is, forged on and took us out further per our request. It was truly an experience that none of our party will ever forget. Despite the winds picking up and the waves getting bigger, he maneuvered the boat in such a way that we were still able to catch the big ones while drifting so fast. He is truly one of the most experienced captains you will ever want to go out with. His knowledge of the water, tide, fish, boat, winds, and best fishing spots is astonishing. His boat is about the safest one you would want to be on. We were truly thankful that we were out with captain George under such adverse conditions. We got what we came for, fish, a good time, and truly a remarkable experience. We cant wait to see him again next year for another amazing time. Thank you Captain George for a wonderful time. Ellery,Charlie and Bill :))))

I learned more about off-shore ground fishing in one day with Capt George than I would have in 10 years of fishing on my own. He took us out on my boat and showed me how to fully utilize my chart plotter, fish finder, bait boxes and fishing gear as well as how to locate reef structures with plenty of cod and haddock along with one 250 pound blue shark! It was truly a pleasure to spend the day 40 miles off-shore with a real fishing professional who gave me a first class education on how to find them, catch them and clean them. Thanks George.

Went this saturday. A big problem we had with captain georges chater expeirence, was the fact that we will never ever go anywhere else. He tended the vessel with professionalism, and enthiusiam that can only be experienced on a small charter. Had a great time, and the fish were delcious, havent eaten the wolfie yet, but that is for tomorrow. He filet efficently and effectively. I would really not ever want to be in a knife right with captain George. I'm not going to give a snyposis of the day as it is already posted on the site. He is highly recommened and in the three of our eyes, the only charter boat we will ever go on again. were already in the preliminary planning phases of setting up another charter. Like i said previously, if you charter here, your expectations will never be met on another boaat, Captain George is the way to go! Ps: Captain george, Why didnt you mention the whales, that none of you belived i was seeing! Pss: Captain geroge is Tuna crazy, in a good way!

This trip was set up by the US Army Reserves just as a way to say thank you for your service overseas. Truly there are no words that I know of in the English language that can describe how great this fishing trip was, or the thanks I can give back to the Army for setting this trip up for me and my friend Chad. Chad came along for the trip and it had to be one of the best fishing trips I ever went on. We must have caught over 30 Cod if not more, and kept at least 15 of them, not to mention one dogfish that went back in the drink, (aka shark). Just the fact that I was sore from pulling up so many fish after two hours of fishing, and the trip wasn't even half way over is really the only way to describe how many bites we were getting, and how excellent this trip really was. Had over 25 pounds of fillets, we split between the both of us, and which I am still trying to finish off. The weather was the perfect for fishing, foggy light rain and a little rough. We fished from 7:00 am till around 1:30pm; it was almost completely non-stop fishing with a break for lunch, which was good because I was staving at that point from having a small breakfast. Captain George was Excellent! An awesome, knowledgeable, experienced guide that knows more about deep sea fishing than I would hope to know in my life time, and is more than willing to share all that experience to make such a great trip. The Boat, the Lady Diane, is a very sea worth vessel, though the ocean was a bit rough, no problems really getting out to where all the fish were and getting us back to shore, and has to be one of the sturdiest boats ever built for deep sea fishing. I would definitely recommend fishing with Captain George on the Lady Diane any time, and hopefully we can setup another trip before I go back overseas next year. Captain George thanks again for an excellent fishing trip that I will never forget and that I hope I will have a chance to repeat in the future, hopefully sooner than later.

Most Sincerely,

Philip Doll 1LT, TC 619th TC XO/OPS

Had a great trip out with Capt George. I have been chartering boats for over 30 years and this was the best trip I ever had. He takes you right to the fish..no joy riding or just hanging to make the time go by. Very professional and great with kids.

Looking foward to get back out with him. David

Capt. George, from watching your post on some web sites showing your catches and seeing how you keep your boat and gear, you will make your clients very happy.

Tight lines and Screaming drags.

I have fished with Capt. George many times. He is a more than capable Captain with an extensive amount of knowledge and skill. He shares this knowledge well with others and does so with personality. I look forward to continuing our friendship and fishing experiences together for many years to come and wish him the very best in his charters. Even though I own my own boat, I still plan on chartering with Full Strike Anglers.
